Phase 2 is all about acquiring the foundation of a good fitness training, and increase your endurance! This program is a full body workout!
For this workout plan, you will need resistance bands, of different lenght, the short one and the longer one. This plan is a four weeks plan. It is a total body workout that can be done at home or in your office. If you want to get back in shape safely, don't like to go to the gym, this program is for you! This program will also explain some fitness foundation, which are important to understand, so you can safely start your fitness journey!
- Building up your endurance
- Increasing your range of motion. (ROM)
- Acquiring good techniques
